Exceptional experience dealing with Marcus. He always has his finger on the pulse in the finance scene and explains things very clearly. He is also super flexible with work hours and is often able to speak to me outside of my normal working day.
Marcus was absolutely brilliant to work with in securing a mortgage for a new build .. very quick to responds to emails, texts and phone calls .. took the hassle out of having to deal with the bank and made the process very easy .. Marcus provides an excellent mortgage broking service taking the time/care to explain things properly and is there throughout the sometimes prolonged process with the bank/agents until a deal is done. Has got great contacts for things we hadn’t thought about like insurance etc. Would highly recommend!
We were told Marcus at Mortgage Ability could work miracles and it was true! Not only did he secure finance for us but he talked us through every step of the journey. We were complete novices and Marcus had all the knowledge and was with us the whole way. Always available for a question no matter how basic. We could not recommend Marcus more as on top of being fab at his job he was friendly and easy to speak with. We had a great experience and we are so happy in our new house- could not have done it without him!
