I purchased a hybrid car from them used. It came with a one-year warranty covered by Janssen insurance, within that one year there was an issue with the hybrid battery which needed to be replaced. The coverage was listed for covering $3000 of which I was supposed to be responsible for $350 Plus the excess. However, Janssen insurance would not cover a new hybrid battery, even though that’s what Toyota and all, but one mechanic in the area, including the mechanic recommended by the dealership, would provide.
