Excellent property manager. Great communication, prompt actions and very thorough with inspections. The property manager cares about the owner’s home and ensures that the tenant is looking after it, but in return that the tenant is comfortable and looked after. I was a tenant and greatly enjoyed the cottage I rented. Had a great experience with Propertyscouts, highly recommend them if you are looking for someone to manage your home, or if you are renting and considering one of their properties.
We moved into a place that was only just placed on the rental market. Dante from Property Scouts was probably the best property manager we've ever had, from being fast and responsive to our calls, cool and professional the entire time we were there. Even though the house had some niggles as a result of only just being placed on the rental market, Dante wasted no time in getting issues fixed (even for complex issues like low shower pressure). Dante and the team were amazing, nothing was ever a problem, the properties kept in good order. Outstanding communication. and most importantly ALWAYS provided quality tenants, I never had anything to worry about. Unlike some agents PropertyScouts actually cares, and has integrity.
