I have only had exceptional experiences with Linda and Quinovic. I have had four property managers and she has blown all of them out of the water. She is a great communicator and super knowledgeable. She is patient and kind. She is thoughtful and has helped me so much. I have told anyone who would listen she is The property manager !
I really liked being one of Quinoic tenants one of my favorites anyway :) fair friendly and professional didn’t feel like a number or a job. Especially great over the Covid period that was so trying for everyone. Would definitely rent through Linda and her team again.
Been great to deal with. Has always been on top of any issues that arise and is always there with good advice when we've needed it. Highly Recommend.
Be careful when working with this organisation, they refute contracts and make arbitrary account deductions. Off to court we go!.
