I thought Chris did a fantastic job, friendly, communative, let me know what was going on when I needed to know, had a tenant in the house so he contactted the real estate agent (was a property I was / am looking to buy) to organise 48 hours notice to the tenant. Sent me the report and always let me know that if I had any questions that I could call him for verification. Would recommend Chris to anyone that needs a building report done.
